Refund policy
Returns can happen and we understand that! But we work really hard to eliminate the chances.  Please read each product description carefully and contact us with any questions about fit before hand. This will help mitigate the need for returns which saves everyone time and money!
Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase or receipt based on the following:
- Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags ATTACHED.
- All footwear must be in it's original box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box.
- No returns of earrings, intimates, bodysuits, or socks due to hygiene reasons.Â
-  ***NO RETURNS on marked down items that are additionally discounted through a sale OR where the discount is 40% or greater.***
- All items marked (Final Sale) in the title are NOT returnable.
- Sale items under 40% off may be returned and refunded for purchase price
- Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number.  Should you return an item after this time frame, we can not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.Â
- The only exception for the Return Postmark deadline is for Christmas Gift Orders that are placed between November 15th & December 24th.  Christmas Orders must be post marked returned by the 15th of January.
- Your refund is issued within 3-5 business days of the date we received your returned item(s) from you.Â
Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ABLE TO process exchanges.  If you are needing a different size, we suggest promptly placing a new order for it before it sells out.

*We suggest adding tracking to your package, so you are able to verify delivery. You may ship your return via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Additional Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
- It is our discretion to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.
- All applicable discounts applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. You will be limited to 7 order returns, within a 90 day period (this does not include defective merchandise).
- Please let us know within 4 days of receipt of the item if there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise. Sometimes mistakes just happen, but we will correct the problem right away!  Contact us at cactussageboutique@gmail.com.
