Shipping policy
Please allow 2Â business days for processing. Note, we are closed on Sunday and Monday. We will most often ship via USPS or UPS, whichever has better pricing. If you would like to expedite shipping it will be an additional charge and you will need to notify us to ensure this.Â
Orders over $250 will ship free.
Once the item is shipped you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking directions through the email address that you have provided.
For in store pick up orders, please allow us one business day to prepare your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready. You can pick up your order at 64 W Mill St, Unit 1 Bayfield, CO.Â
- Cactus & Sage, A Boutique is  NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS or UPS customer service team so they can assist you.Â
- Cactus & Sage, A Boutique is NOT responsible for Return to Sender packages - you WILL be sent a reship invoice to resend your package back out. You will not be able to just receive a refund.Â
